Brian retired from the partnership in December 2024 and will be working part time in an Of Counsel position until September 2025.  Brian has been with Sanders Pianowski since April 2011 with many years of legal experience in Estate Planning and Administration, Business Law, Real Estate, and Mergers and Acquisitions. 

Brian received a B.S. degree in marketing from the School of Business at Indiana University- Bloomington and his JD degree from Valparaiso University. Brian is a member of the Indiana State and Elkhart City Bar Associations and the Estate Planning Council of Elkhart County. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the US Tax Court.

Brian is married and has three children along with many grandchildren.
